Applications of Inflatable Plastic Injection Machine
The applications of inflatable plastic injection are not limited to the production of gallons and bottles and are used in various industries; Some of the most important applications of this device are:
Construction industry: including the production of water sources, water cooler floats, flash tanks and the production of durable molds used in concrete slabs.
Production of car parts: including bumpers, fuel tanks, salt glass water tank, brake oil tank and air channel
Production of health and pharmaceutical industries: such as the production of all kinds of medicine bottles, pill boxes, sampling equipment, baby saline bottles, liquid containers, cosmetic bottles and medical equipment, production of serum sets and hollow plastic parts used in medicine.
Agricultural industries: production of water tanks, irrigation pipes, containers of fertilizers and poisons
Application in toy production: production of dolls, balls and all kinds of plastic toy parts

Inflatable plastic machines have different models, and in addition to the fact that the models of this machine are different, the accessories and supplements that can be connected to it will have a more detailed function. Air plastic injection machines based on volume and capacity are:
4 liter inflatable plastic injection machine
10 liter inflatable plastic injection
20 liter inflatable plastic device
Fully automatic inflatable plastic injection machine
Inflatable plastic injection machine for the production of drums and barrels
Plastic injection machine for producing bottles
5 liter plastic injection machine
1. Extrusion Wind Molding
In this method, the melted material is extruded as a piece and poured into the mold, then air is blown into it with pressure, after the plastic has cooled, it is separated from the mold; Extruding process is done in two ways:
Continuous Extruding: In continuous mode, the molten material is continuously extruded and the initial pieces are produced.
Intermittent extruding: In the intermittent process, first the thread is created above the bite and then simultaneously with the injection, the bite is created. In this model, it will be difficult to create a uniform thickness for the device; To solve this problem, the device quickly removes the bite so that the thickness of the walls does not decrease due to the weight; This intermittent molding model is used to produce milk bottles, shampoo and water sprinklers.
The advantages of extrusion blow molding are the low cost of tools, high production speed and the ability to create complex parts, but this machine also has disadvantages, the most important of which is the low strength of the produced plastic parts.
2. Molding Injectable Injection
In this model of plastic injection molding, first the molten plastic material is injected into the machine and then a hollow initial piece similar to a bottle with high wall thickness is created; Then this piece is subjected to heat to become flexible.
After this stage, the production piece called preform enters the final mold. A rod goes into the preform and pulls it to increase its length, and at the same time, air is blown into it to obtain its final shape, and then it is released from the mold.
The advantages of this method are the high strength of the parts, the precise control of the wall thickness, the lower weight of the parts, and this method is suitable for the production of PET bottles, i.e. bottles of carbonated drinks and mineral water, but its disadvantages include the high cost of production, more complicated process, production Parts with limited shapes and limitations in the type of raw materials pointed out.
3. Injectable Injection Molding
This example is known as a small pneumatic plastic injection machine and is often used to produce small parts. In this method, the initial bite is created by injecting raw materials into a mold, and then the bite is removed from this mold and enters a mold. It is enough for the wind to blow into it.
